1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, enrolling in any course, or using any service offered by Sun Technologies (Sri Sai Complex, Lakshmipuram Main Road, Guntur – 522007, Andhra Pradesh), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of India. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

2. Enrollment & Course Fees

Enrollment in any course at Sun Technologies is subject to availability of seats and confirmation by our team. By enrolling, you agree to the following fee-related conditions:

• Course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment schedule before commencement
• Fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Sun Technologies reserves the right to change course fees with prior notice
• Fee receipts will be issued for all payments made at the centre
• Non-payment of fees may result in suspension from the course

3. Student Conduct & Attendance

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times within the Sun Technologies premises and during any online interaction with our staff and instructors.

• Minimum 80% attendance is required to qualify for the completion certificate
• Students must bring their own stationery and study materials where required
• Respectful behaviour towards faculty, staff and fellow students is mandatory
• Mobile phones must be kept on silent during training sessions
• Any form of ragging, harassment or misconduct will result in immediate expulsion

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, study notes, projects, presentations and content provided by Sun Technologies are the intellectual property of Sun Technologies and are provided exclusively for personal educational use by enrolled students.

5. Certificates & Assessments

A Sun Technologies course completion certificate will be issued to students who successfully complete the course requirements, including minimum attendance and any assessments or project submissions specified by the instructor.

6. Project & Software Development Services

For students or clients availing project development, internship or custom software development services from Sun Technologies:

• Project requirements must be clearly communicated and agreed in writing before work begins
• Sun Technologies retains the right to use completed projects as portfolio samples unless otherwise agreed
• Timelines provided are estimates — delays beyond our control do not constitute a breach
• 50% advance payment is required before project commencement; balance on delivery
• Post-delivery support is provided for 30 days unless a separate maintenance agreement is signed

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sun Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income or loss of opportunity.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the applicable laws of Andhra Pradesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.

11. Changes to These Terms

Sun Technologies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
